My daughter (7 yrs old) was diagnosed with sleep apnea – is there a pillow you recommend for her?
We don’t have a specific sleep apnea pillow for kids but we think a contour pillow might be helpful in encouraging your daughter to sleep on her side which might help with her sleep apnea. This is the one we would most likely recommend.
I have a 7 year old & an 8 year old. They both mostly side sleep but do like tummy sleeping with arms under the pillow. What would you recommend?
We would recommend the family junior pillow for you. It is the lowest full-size pillow that we have and given your kids are occasional tummy sleepers we think that would definitely be the best option for you. It should still give them good support on their sides also.

We think for your 5-year-old girl the family junior will definitely be the best option. For your two-year-old we would look at the tranquillow childrens, it is a smaller overall pillow.
I want to purchase the tranquilow pillow for my 10 year old who snores a lot. Will this be appropriate and also how often do I need to buy new pillows?
The tranquillow memory low should be a good option and should encourage him to sleep on his side and hopefully relieve some of the snoring. The pillow should last between 2-4 years before softening eventually. We normally recommend a pillow protector to go with it also which will help keep it newer for longer.
